SAFETY AND CERTIFICATIONS
3 Evolite fume cupboards are certified by a third party, Bureau Veritas, according to the following European standards : EN 14175 Part 1-2-3, Fixed Air Volume, and EN 14175 Part 6, Variable Air Volume (VAV).
SASH WINDOW
4 The sliding system of front sash is smooth and perfectly balanced. Mechanical safety is ensured by a special blocking system which stops the fall of the sash, even in case of breakdown of both two toothed belts.
SIDE GLASSES
5 Wide side stratified safety glasses, directly assembled to the aluminum profiles, greatly increase the lightness of the working area so to enable an easy control of the process operations inside the fume hood.
AIR FLOW EFFICIENCY
6 Rounded profiles, handle spoiler, lower airfoil and variable air volume system (VAV) guarantee operator protection and optimize air consumption needed to keep top-level security standards.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL PANEL
7 Control and monitoring of air suction are performed by electronic boards and sensors. The air flow setting system is available both in fixed and variable air volume (VAV) execution.
MOTORIZED SASH
8 Sash can be equipped with motorized motion. Soft-touch system allows sash opening and closing with a light pressure on the handle. Presence sensor can close automatically sash for extended user absence.
NETWORK CONNECTING
9 RS232 serial plug-in is the device used to connect fume cupboard to the network for data and warning alarms download. Monitoring systems can be connected to the electronic board using the modbus protocol.
